FAQs
Production time will normally cost 2-3 working days. (Standard Order)
Delivery will cost up to 2 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 days for East Malaysia
So the total normal lead time is from 3-8 days, depending on the order.
However, express orders before 12pm for same day production is available, thus reducing lead time. (Subject to quantity and item)
Alternatively, you can choose to pick up, reducing delivery time.
Perfect Bind:
- 30 to 300 pages.
- For orders more than 300 pages, please request quote.
- Not recommended to print below 30 pages as the glue may not hold well with too less pages. Please consider other types of binding.
Staple Bind, Spiral Bind, Wire-O Bind, Comb Bind, Pin Bind, Tape Bind:
- 4 to 64 pages, in multiples of 4 only.
- Not possible to bind more than 64 pages for staple bind.
- For more than 64 pages for other bindings, please contact us or request quote.
Yes. We offer both full colour and black & white.
However, the option chosen will be applied for ALL pages in the category (Cover/Content)
For a mixture of both within the content, please request quote and we will arrange from there.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 books.
Yes. For sizes besides A4, just request quotation and fill in your size in remarks and our staff will contact you.
